Attendance Cell
Preamble
Professional institutes worldwide face the challenge of ensuring student attendance and participation in regular classes to enhance academic standards. Our experience has shown that consistent class attendance is the strongest indicator of student performance. Our top-performing students, including toppers and distinction holders, maintain attendance above 95%. To uphold these standards and ensure examination eligibility, the university has established an Attendance Cell. This cell systematically monitors student attendance in both theoretical and practical/clinical classes across all constituent colleges and schools, with a primary focus on identifying early signs of absenteeism and academic underperformance. Objectives
- To monitor student’s attendance in theory, practical’s and clinics.
- To monitor the proper conduction classes as per university norms.
- To address the student’s grievances regarding attendance.
- To identify and counsel students with less attendance and chronically absent.
- To maintain communication with parents/guardians.
- To maintain and ensure transparency of records.
