Mahatma Gandhi Ayurved College, Hospital & Research Centre was established in 2007 and is situated in Salod, (H) Wardha, Maharashtra. It is recognized by CCIM, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India. We are proud to be a constituent unit of DMIMS (DU) as we are one of the few Ayurveda colleges in the country to be NAAC accredited 'A+'. Currently offering courses from the Undergraduate level to Doctoral degree programs. We have a 196 bedded full-fledged NABH accredited hospital which is the first of its kind in Central India. Our Pharmacy is GMP & FDA certified, where we manufacture more than a hundred authentic Ayurveda formulations traditionally. Our students embody the ethos of our university; hence we set high academic standards and provide ample clinical & research facilities to them. Our aim is the overall development of our students and the complete endowment of the capabilities of a competent Ayurveda doctor. We also strive to provide quality Ayurveda treatment at our facility to each and every one of our patients in order to fulfil the dream of our Hon'ble Chancellor.

The college is spread across a 19-acre campus with a separate college building, hospital, Rasashala building and the Herbal Garden is spread over 7 acres providing on-campus access to more than 300 species.

The college has 14 departments in consonance with the Central Council of Indian Medicine Regulations with highly qualified & experienced teaching faculty and physicians.

The departments have well-equipped laboratories as well as a traditional way along with modern equipment for shaping and sharpening the students' skills. The teaching hospital provides abundant clinical material for research & learning purposes.
