Looking to the need of hour, Faculty of Engineering And Technology [FEAT] is organizing the 2nd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare, Education, and Industry. The Conference will bring together Experts, Researchers, Professionals and Stakeholders from around the globe to explore and discuss the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in key sectors. It will serve as a platform for sharing groundbreaking research, innovative applications, and best practices in utilizing AI technology to address challenges and opportunities in healthcare, education, and industry.
Authors are requested to follow the instructions given below for Submission of pre-recorded video file.
Guidelines for preparation and uploading pre-recorded video of oral presentations
Registered authors with accepted papers and those who have opted for online oral presentation should prepare and upload pre-recorded video of their presentation
The pre-recorded video for a paper will be available during the conference
Power point video conferencing tool/Recording tools can be used to record video.
Pre-recorded video includes presentation window.
Duration of video should not be more than 8 minutes and maximum number of slides should be 11.
Check the sound quality and make sure audio is recorded.
Video file format MPEG-4 (.mp4) file only.
Video quality should be as adequate front light and adequate background. Use good microphone to record the video.
Steps to follow to record the video of PPT presentation:
Open the PPT presentation first slide.
Go to slide show record from beginning.
Near the upper left corner of the PowerPoint window, Record and stop options are available.
When you're ready, select the round, red Record button, wait for the countdown, and then start speaking.
Manage your speaking and timing of each slide.
At the end of the presentation, click stop in the top left corner of the slide.
To save the file in .mp4 format, open the ppt.
Click File and choose Save as. Select .mp4 video and save the file.
Your recording will automatically play when someone opens the presentation in slide mode.

Prepare a folder with folder name as mentioned in point 10 (e.g.: 22_Prateek_Verma). In the folder upload the mp4 format and ppt. Folder name, ppt name and the recorded video file name should be same.
Upload all the contents (PPT, MP4) on shared Google drive link: http://tiny.cc/8omdvz or in case of any technical glitch forward the folder on mentioned email id idicaiei2024@gmail.com (Note: Try to upload the content on the shared link only)
